My favourite English books

Here’s a list of my favorite English books…they are not jotted down in any particular order. And I hope I haven’t forgotten any; I will update the list later if my memory decides to improve itself. 🙂

  1. As I said, the list is not exhaustive…. in fact nobody’s list of good books can be exhaustive…..there’s so much to fish in the ocean, and we just have caught the shell-fish by the sea-shore!! 🙂

    Yes I have read Ruskin Bond, and I admire him, too. Indian literature wouldn’t have been the same without his contribution!!


  2. might i suggest u read Khaled Hosseini’s books, i garuntee they’ll push alot of the titles of your list down a notch. Lord of the rings, also, is amazing.


  3. Thanks for this link, will definitely revisit this post when I want to read new books 🙂 When I was in my teens, I loved books written by Enid Blyton, Michael Creighton, Sidney Sheldon and Arthur Haley.
